Brian has been teaching private lessons for more than 15 years and has experience working with students of all ages. Brian’s students regularly hold chairs in district and all-state honor groups and earn high marks at area solo festivals. His students have gone on to earn music scholarships to pursue degrees both in and outside of music. Additionally, Brian regularly teaches adults who are wishing to get back into playing or just wanting to get better.

Lessons are available in:

• Tenor and Bass Trombone

• Jazz Improvisation - open to students of any instrument

• Music Theory, Jazz Theory, and Composition

Online lessons are offered to students around the world and provided via video call.

In person lessons are available to those in the Greater Kansas City area at my studio located in Overland Park, KS.

Sessions are booked individually, and there’s no long-term commitment required, though regular lesson times are available if you are interested. Once you have checked out, I will send you an email and we will get our session scheduled!
